Returns & exchange policy
Returns:
We do not offer any type of return once a purchase has been made. Should you not be satisfied with the end result, we will offer one additional revision for cover letter, resume, and LinkedIn optimization services, or other such combination of services (excluding interview coaching).
Exchanges:
You are entitled to exchange your order for another service or package within 3 days of placing the order provided we have not started working on the service.
The deadline for requesting an exchange is 3 days from the date you placed the online order through our website.
In order to exercise your right of exchange, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement stating the reason why you are asking for an exchange and which product or package you would like to exchange to.
Please note, we do NOT provide exchanges for products that are on sale or special promotion.

Conditions for exchanges:
We must not have started any type of work on the purchased service, excluding the 15 minute initial consultation.
You must have a valid reason why you are asking for an exchange.
